1240937 2011-10-31 04:24:00 Ok Beet: just to sort out any confusion, there are three choices for a shower:

An acrylic moulded complete unit which just has to have the shower rose and drain attached
A component shower where the walls and base come in a flat pack and clip together
A purpose built shower of formica board (etc) installed by your builder and plumber .

The easiest is a moulded unit but probably not in your situation . Best in new builds .

You should consider triangular showers which save room and are simpler than curved .

Hope this helps .

1240938 2011-10-31 07:35:00 Beetle I've drawn up a sketch that shows my understanding of what you're trying to achieve. Unfortunately, having grappled with screen grabs, BMP files and converted those to JPG etc, I can't get ImagePF1 to co-operate with me to upload those here. Please PM me with an email address so I can send them. Thanks. WalOne (4202)

I would not want to have a shower in that one being only 820*820 you would hardly be able to bend down in the thing.

1240944 2011-10-31 19:34:00 OK that's what I thought - you want something measuring say 850mm x 850mm to stand where the dog box is now? With walls backing onto the damaged gib on left and right. Glass on the other two sides. Yes? WalOne (4202)
1240945 2011-10-31 19:47:00 Yes!!!!!!!!!!!

Am now at work so will check back later to see what is happening.

1240946 2011-11-01 05:17:00 Have you looked around to see if you can get a rectangle shaped base? It seems the limiting size is the distance between back wall and door frame. Do you have the room to have a wider tray? Jen (38)
