Whenever I try and resize it (with the resizing handle), the page goes back to the top and I can't resize it at all! |

Google Chrome. In the old version of vBulletin there were these little up and down buttons that resized the editor, but I can't seem to find them. |

I can see them in your screenshot. Look in the bottom right-hand corner. They appear as three small lines at a 45 deg angle to the corner. |

Tried resizing in Firefox 7.0.1, no problems here. |

Yes I deleted all the PF1 cookies and the editor is now back to normal. |
