5541	2000-07-23 04:24:00	Dear PC World, Even if you cant publish this problem i would be very grateful if you could email me. I managed to get a brand new Turtle Beach Montego II sound card from a friend. He didnt have a driver for it as it came with his Dell computer and he had lost the driver. I found a driver at Driverguide.com for a Vortex Multi-Function device and then the Vortex PCI audio etc come off this device. My problem is that when i try to play ANY media file (WAV, MP3, MIDI) and try to scroll down a say a document or IE explorer window the computer freezes completely. Not even the ATX power switch works. I have re-installed 98 with no luck. Any response would be great. Thanks	Guest (0)
