I have recently brought 3 pentium 75 with 32 megs of ram to give away to family. They came with no CD Rom and with just Dos loaded. I installed a CD Rom into 1 of them and started to load windows 95. The installation went without a hitch right up until the end. When I restarted the computer I just got a blank screen no cursor. I used the start up disk I had made during the set up process, found my way to the windows directory and typed win. After much farting and complaining the computer upped a blue screen and said - Missing vfat system is halted.
