| 5573 | 2000-07-26 07:24:00 | I have installed a Yamaha OPL3Sax ISA sound card on my computer, but it has taken a second interrupt, for its IDE controller, creating a resource conflict. There are no spare IRQs. I have tried to disable this sound card IDE controller in the current hardware profile, but the computer doesn't allow this. Deleting it didn't do any good either, because Windows reinstalled it at the next boot. Is there any way it can be got rid of, or alternately are there sound cards available which use only one interrupt? |
