5608	2000-07-28 09:00:00	Widows advisor How to jJuly 2000 When I click on my Netscape browser up pops Welcome to Windows. Iam stiil trying to delete this file. Unchecked Show this Welcome screen next time you start Windows does work in 98 But still pops up in normal restart. Can this pest be deleted? I do not use passwords for windows.
