| 5698 | 2000-08-03 06:07:00 | I recently bought a new computer and installed Win98 and consequently Outlook Express 5. When I transferred my Outlook Express 4 files (carefully kept in my 'My Documents' folder to the new computer, OE5 couldn't read the files and of couse access my old emails. I used to have .idx and .mbx files. These are now .dbx files as well. What are these? Why is the microsoft information base document mispelled, and uses so many indefinite articles that I don't know which file to rename? Why doesn't my computer work as easily as my vacuum cleaner (both are electron9ic appliances!) |
