I'm running Windows 98 SE on a PIII 500 with 128 MB. Right after the machine had been booted up, I clicked to My Computer - Properties - Performance and 'free resources' was reported as only 53%. I just wonder where the other 47% have gone and I think I should have at least about 70% or 75%. Of course I've got some start up programme that remains on the task-tray, which are Norton Anti Virus, Real Player, Real Jukebox, Yamaha DS-XG Launcher and a wallpaper utility. Could you tell me how I find out that what my resources have been used for ? I mean which program has taken up resources the most.)
