| 5850 | 2000-08-13 17:29:00 | I presently busy with upgrading the o'l computer of my dad. He's got an Supermicro P55T2S motherboards which, according to Supermicro, does not support MMS Pentiums. The pentium I'v got my hands on is indeed one of those MMX's. Am I running any risk by plugging in, or does 'unsupported' simply mean the motherboard will refuse to run MMX commands (how could it ?) Thanks in advance Torgeir - Norway |
