| 5837 | 2000-08-12 13:49:00 | what we have, hewlett-packard cd-writer 9100i. we wish to put the above cd writer into a external box. and then plug it into the parallel port. of the computer. and to have the computer access the cd writer. how can we do this. we have windows 95. we have the cd writer, in the external box. and have pluged it into the parallel port. but the computer can not find it. would like to know. how do you tell it where it is. and to get it up and running. thr parallel port. will only be used for the cd writer. we also have a cd rom in the computer. thank you. |
