| 5882 | 2000-08-16 06:13:00 | I was tinkering with the settings of my hard drive. I went into My Computer - Device Manager - Disk Drives - C:/ Properties. I turned on this option called DDO, and it screwed my computer. Now, it can't detect my hard drive on Device Manager - Disk Drives, so I can't change the settings back. And Windows says my hard drive is using MS-DOS drivers, because it cannot detect its drivers anymore. And when I try to run some applications, it gives me error messages because my hard drive is using DDO (dynamic drive overlay). I need to turn this off, but as I said before, the options aren't there anymore! Any solutions? Thanks |
