I have a computer that, upon boot-up, gives the following message: C:\>C:\Windows\net start Invalid value for binding specified Invalid value for binding specified Error loading device driver NDISHLP.SYS Error 7323: One or more transport drivers failed to load I have reinstalled the file NDISHLP.SYS Could someone please impart to me some of their wisdom as to how to rectify this problem?
