| 5852 | 2000-08-14 04:22:00 | I have a PC on a peer network which uses a panasonic kx-p6100 laser printer on lpt1.The network runs a dos based application which prints to an inkjet using Epson print commands. The inkjet is on lpt1 of the server. Included with the drivers for the laser was a pcl printing driver to print from dos. I installed this and the laser will print from edit.com running in a dos window. However when you ask the dos based app to print it produces a device not found error. I tried capturing the pcl port as lpt1 but windows will not allow me to do this. Any help with this would me much appreciated Thanks PS the laser is supposed to emulate HP Laserjet it does not have an epson emulation. |
