| 5929 | 2000-08-19 10:17:00 | I want a clean start. I have win95 on a partioned pentium 200 and want to format c & d and then load win 98. I have tried putting in the boot disc win 98, starting the computer and then typing format c:\, and am told bad command (or similar). Can anyone tell me the correct steps to achieve this? Apparently I can format c & d separately and keep the partition, and win 98 will sort itself out into them when it is loaded. | Guest (0) | ||
