I signed up for Ihug's Ultra satelite internet about 4 weeks ago. Ever since I've had it installed I have had virtually no use of it because it won't work for more than 10-15 minutes. Ihug could come up with no useful suggestions. I've finally figured out that the card is very quickly overheating and freezing. Ihug reckon that the problem is with my computer because I've installed a faster CPU, but it still occurs with the old chip in place. Are they telling porkies? I've heard that these cards have had problems with overheating. I can keep my connection stable for up to an hour if I open the case and point a house fan at the card! |
