I can connect to the internet but when I try and run Internet Explorer 5, Napster, Outlook Express or Netscape I get a message saying either 'a spare Winsock can not be found' yet it connects with the ISP, and the two computers show on the system tray, but I can't get anywhere to view anything. When I run Outlook Express, it says my Tcp/ip has not been installed properly. What's wrong and how can I fix it?
Note: I am posting this from a friend's computer and email, so I can get the answers, PLEASE HELP ME! |
