I use the Hyperterminal facility to access the company system from home. I recently installed OFFICE 2000 PROFESSIONAL. Prior to that I had the standard MS Works package. Since installing OFFICE I have been unable to use the Hyper terminal. Every time I select it the message 'Hperterm caused a general protection fault in module GFXDRV.DRV at 0001:00007277' appears on the screen. Is there any known conflict with OFFICE 2000 and the Hyper terminal? and more to the point any fixes?
