6072	2000-08-29 08:45:00	After several attempts of installing win98 second edition on a newly formatted hard drive It finally seems stable. However my control panel and is missing several components ie Add New Hardware, Add/Remove programs, Display, Game Controller, Modems etc. I can use my modem and get to Add/Remove programs by using help. I do have joy.cpl and can therefore configure a joystick but that doesn't correct the problem of gaps in the Control Panel. Can someone please help? Please don't say I have to do a complete re-install again. Thanks	Guest (0)
