It has been a long time since i disable HP Simple Pass but recently i have noticed that it has been reactivated , now im trying to disable it but when i go into software directly , message with a red cross pops up with a sort message Sensors not contacted , please contact and try again . It's a version 5.0 , it's main purpose is for identity protection. Also when i log into a account say the PC WORLD FORUMS , it automically logs me in , similar for other sites with just letting me type the password. How can i have fix it . |

Go into msconfig and delete / untick the file that loads on startup. If its there. Or use / install ccleaner and delete / disable it in startup |

how do i disable it in ccleaner , i dont want to remove it or same thing in ms config ,but i went there also cant really see where hp simple pass is |

Go to tools / startup in ccleaner. Click on the entry then click on disable. I have no idea what its called either. I dont have anything installed for any HP devices |

Open Ccleaner, on the left, Tools then startup, if its there select it, on the right - disable |

well i cant see it , only two hp prorgrams visible on screen display and quick launch .what about ms config any chances i will see it in there |

If its not in ccleaner it wont be in msconfig/startup tab |

well what do i do now , i have went direct to unistall software and it moved to recycle bin then i deleted it which means it's gone but i still see a message poping up in chrome web browser , im using mozilla to write these post , no sign was their for mozilla |
