| 1265963 | 2012-03-20 04:43:00 | yesterday, i tried to start up picasa(latest version) but only the splash screen popped up then disappeared. nothing showed up in task manager. today i uninstalled it , download a new copy and installed. started it up except this time no splash screen shows. i had task manager open when i started it , and all it shows is the program exe opening then closing as far as im aware i havent done anything stupid GJ |
