I have Outlook 2010. Does anyone know if it is possible to make certain dates a certain colour? Like if I am away, I want to highlight it ... so that the days are red for example. :thanks |

Do you mean when you use the calendar? It looks like you can click on the colours above categorize. After you open up a date |

I know that, But that is only for certain appointments/meetings right. I want the whole day or whole week to be red colour ...... There are no appointments. If I right click color - that changes all the dates for the year ..... |

Press / hold shift down on a day and click all the times in a day (so everything is blocked) then right mouse / colour? Looks like it works if you change it to a week and do the same thing |

Thanks. Works now. Thought it would be a bit easier. A colour strip at the above but will do ....
On the top left corner there is a mini calendar right that shows the whole month. I assume it is not possible to make that colour for certain weeks/days? So at a glance I can see... |
