1266339 2012-03-22 21:46:00 Still unable to contact Adrian Abrate on (0210 250 1001) or 0800 275 835 or the business on 09-359-9068. Have faxed, written via their shop contact form, emailed and will now post the email record.

Physical address for the return of the cartridges was: 66 Bay Road, St Heliers, Auckland (maps.google.co.nz 071,+Auckland&t=m&z=17&panoid=0WZJE4fDaKWjxX2bBJfaUg)

Not a flash experience at all despite their "customer focus" claim.

1266340 2012-03-22 22:16:00 I've bought a few things from them in the past and they've always been good. However, I've recently been dealing with them over a repair on my Squeezebox Boom and now they've vanished. Unfortunately, they still have my Boom and I have no way of getting it back. They're not replying to emails and aren't answering their phones, so I would definitely avoid purchasing anything from them until you hear otherwise. thechatking (16727)

I think you have just established that they aren't.....

I may not have been a Company - but I sure did have contact details. And responded to them....

1266347 2012-03-26 09:37:00 They're in liquidation. I wouldn't go near them and if you've bought something from them and have not received it, then I would reverse the charge on your credit card as soon as possible.

Right now, they have my $1000 video card. I'm hoping I can get that back.
