Personally I like Enermax, Corsair and Seasonic.

1265681 2012-03-18 10:06:00 Seen that one before, it's the usual story with cheap PSUs - the secondary side of the PSU is rated OK for what's on the label but the primary side can't actually deliver the goods when you load it up... and overload protection seems non-existent.

If you don't run them at too high a load they work OK, that is, until the cheap capacitors fail and the thing starts dumping a boatload of ripple and noise into the rest of your system. Although that isn't difficuilt to fix, with such a shoddy design there's not much point.

1265685 2012-03-19 01:27:00 Coolermaster are a mixed bag, they don't make their own PSUs and some models are good and some are just ok but with exaggerated ratings.
I'd stick with one of the recommended corsair units myself, or seasonic or enermax as people have previously suggested. (seasonic make many of the corsair units btw).
You could manage with that hardware with a decent 500W or better PSU, but I'd reccomend sticking with 650W as you said to allow for future upgrades etc.

Any of the Gigabyte 560ti will be fine, the oc edition should perform slightly better but it honestly won't make a lot of difference.
I also like Asus myself.
