| 6103 | 2000-08-30 22:04:00 | HI I have a dell running Win2000. Everything was going fine untill i decided to install easycd + direct cd. After installing and running the patches to upgrade the software to be complinat with win2000 and error occoured when running easycd 'cannot find cdr4'. looking into this win2000 was ' Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)' This reffers to my Sony cd-rw crx100e and also my toshiba dvd rom sd-m1212' To try and correct this problem I have uninstalled easy cd + direct cd + udf reader..uninstalled both dvd & cdrw and let win2000 reintall them, still the same error occours ' Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)' ..What to try next would be very much appreaciated Thanks Jess |
