6119	2000-08-31 10:37:00	Hi, I own a External Diamond Supra Express 56k modem with serial connection to the computer. My absolute top speed that i can connect at, at the moment is 28k. I do have other phone extensions, and a fax plugged up on the same line, but even if i connect the modem straight into the wall socket, it makes NO difference. I have put up with this guttless speed for a long time and i want somthing done about it!! Can you please help me. I have tried Xtra but they can't really help me, and i can't seem to find Diamond Multimedia in NZ - so i can't ring them. Thank you.	Guest (0)
