I'm having trouble with my Microsoft ie5.1/5.5 not being recognised as such by an increasing number of sites on the web. They tell me my version is not recent enough and some sites then refuse access altogether. We have recently reformatted the hard drive and reinstalled everythhing which helped for all of about a day - something we load onto the computer us scrambling the version of ie and we can't work out what nor how to fix the problem. We have the same problem with Netscape navigator. Please help. Many thanks. |
