| 6203 | 2000-09-05 00:10:00 | We have a 56K modem - we KNOW it's 56K, and we KNOW that our ISP is 56K, but when we connect, it says that it's connected at 33,600bps (33.6). What is wrong? PS. Our ISP is i4free. |
