| 6261 | 2000-09-09 03:58:00 | On startup, after password screen using client networking as am file and print sharing with another W98SE PC, get a Windows noise; a 'ding.' This is while the system tray is being populated on startup. Is there any way to find out what the 'ding' means? There's no accompanying error message and the machine seems OK, tho' there are the usual crashes... It's a new PIII866 with 256MHz RAM.
