6339	2000-09-13 10:53:00	For the past few months I have been unable to download anything over the internet. When I click on the download button nothing really happens but the response at the bottom reads 'Done'. It seems as though I am not getting to the download page. If I click on anything I then get 'Error Locating Object Handler go to MS Active x Gallery' When I went to MS Support there was an article that mentioned that .cab? files were not being downloaded and will not proceed to the next page without it. At this time there was not a solution. I can still do anti-virus live updates where I am not initiating the download but that is all. I have updated to Ie 5.5 but that has not changed anything.
