| 6380 | 2000-09-17 03:28:00 | When I try to access Outlook Express Address Book file i get the message 'The Address Book file has been locked by another application. Please close the other application and try again'. It does not state which aplication has to be closed. I have closed all applications on the computer but still cannot access the file.
