6362	2000-09-15 04:13:00	I am currently using the new Windows Millennium Edition, and the problem I always face is that whenever I try to connect to the internet, for the first two or three attempts, it just freezes, I rang the helpdesk, we went through all the settings, everything was correct, but still having problems... To be more precise, when I press the CONNECT button on the dial-up screen, it dials, then stalls for a while, then it disconnects, and then try again, and so on... Could someone please help me.....
