| 6430 | 2000-09-20 09:01:00 | I am running Windows Me and IE5.5. When Windows starts IE automatically runs and starts dialing the connection. The startup folder is empty, as are the load and run commands in the 'win.ini' file. Where else are programs initiated from at startup? |
