After receiving a trial version of Act 2000, the program has updated all of our files. The trial has expired and we now have no access to the database !! We were phoned from Australia (unknown company) to follow up the trial and ordered a new (2000) version at A$89 being current users. It never arrived. After re-installing Act 4 the database cannot be read, and if we install Act 2000 trial version again, we get the 'your trial has expired, would you like to purchase the product (at US$189 from the website) ?' notice ! Is there a way to reuse the trial, or, is there any way we can access the database using Act 4 , or where exactly do we now purchase the program for A$89 ? |
