| 6491 | 2000-09-26 08:56:00 | After logging off the internet using either IE5.01 Outlook Express, Netscape 4.7 or any other program the dial up box and redials the ISP.I currently have auto dial disabled to stop this, but if I hit Connect, it dials the selected ISP but does not launch any program.
