| 6463 | 2000-09-24 05:50:00 | I can no longer access the above Help files using Start/Help for Windows(98SE), nor from the OE or IE5.5 menu bar. When clicking Start/Help the follow message is received 'Cannot open file: %systemroot%\help\windows.chm' When clicking Help on the OE or IE Menu bar, nothing happens. I can still open the relevant help files from Windows Explorer. But how can I restore opening them from Start/Help and the menu bars respectively? Regards Peter |
