6451	2000-09-22 08:12:00	Hi, We have had this problem pretty much since we have had our computer and noone seems to be able to fix it. So here goes. When using IE5.X, web pages either load (that is a VERY rare occasion), half display, show half the page and the rest HTML or just don't show up. This only occurs with IE.When using Netscape or Creative Inspire (which came with our soundblaster) it works fine.We have a PII 350, 128MB RAM, 56K modem, currently using IE 5.5, Win 98 SE ( but the problem occurred when using Win 98 also), have a Matrox Millenium G200. PLEASE HELP US!!! It is the most annoying thing! Thanks in advance Alistair PS. A similar problem occurs when downloading, it will get halfway and then it will say it is complete. If it is a .zip, I double click on it to open in Winzip, it says, this does not appear to be a valid download, try again, or something along those lines. I now have to use Gozilla to download. PS, we don't use Netscape as we don't really like it, same with Creative Inspire Al	Guest (0)
