I brought a compaq presario new April 1999 and I have had nothing but problems, after 2 motherboards and 3 hard drives who knows what will occur next. Compaq techinical support have always been great help. But I have not been happy with the product yet compaq have never offered a replacement. I dont use it much now because I worry what will go wrong when i turn it on. Im going to look for a new computer my question to compaq is why should I even consider buying another compaq when i was sold a faulty system that gets fixed everytime yet I shouldn't have had these problems with a new system in the first place and this system should have been replaced. |
