| 6521 | 2000-09-29 02:22:00 | I recall seeing a detailed article in PCWorld on how to format a hard disc and then reinstall the operating system but I can't find it. Because of several strange hiccups on my computer I think the best course would be to format and start again at the beginning. If I just 'format C' can I then just go on to install Windows 95 again?
