| 6546 | 2000-10-01 13:34:00 | Would you believe that enabling an email scan can end up with losing all your files,software and some parts of your hard drive being affected? In your nightmare maybe, but that is what happened to me after nearly 100min of instructions from compaq technical support staff member. Just as if that was not bad enough,Compaq management is taking its time to consider how they can get away with a minimalist remedy. You don't really know how good or bad service you can expect until you get it. Kind Regards |
