| 1242757 | 2011-11-10 09:48:00 | There is a group of campers in tents on the far side of a park in Gala Street, Invercargill. There has been an article in the local paper which describes them as protesters of some sort. I have only a vague notion of what they are protesting against. Their protest seems pointless. They are camped in an out of the way part of the park and they appear to being nobody any harm. I do believe that similar protest groups exist in other parts of the country. Maybe they are just looking for cheap accommodation. We could round them up and send them to camp in a remote part of the country where they could tell the wild animals what their gripes are. Nobody else wants to listen to them. |
