We apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused. Due to the high volume of Apple recall collections - this has caused a large back log for all our drivers which are now resulting in failed pick ups and not meeting the scheduled dates for collections. If possible, we would like to ask all customers to drop their package/s into the nearest agent/ drop off point in your area. Drivers will be able to collect from these points and arrange to on forward this to TNT Express. |

It took about a week for TNT to respond to the email request for pickup, and a couple of days or more for their agent to turn up. They took it away two days ago, so I am just waiting to see what happens. |

I spoke to the NZ courier guy, as hes here 2-3 times a week, and he took it with him. He said hes picked up quite a few of the Ipod recalls, and they have taken on average so far 3-5 weeks to get them back. |
