1243302 2011-11-15 07:09:00 NZ couldn't repair a ripped paper bag without endless meetings, appointments of useless bodies and bloated amounts spent on advisers and other con artists and years of farting around discussing it.
I sincerely hope there are no ladies present when the farting takes place!

I have it on excellent authority that this IS the next Millenium. Those so-called disasters are just remnants of the Y2K bug you were all warned about.

1243304 2011-11-15 20:32:00 Bit different here Japs had practice rebuilding stuff after we flattened their cities with bomber raids.

Still had to be puuled down/filled in bomb craters etc.

Today of course there are 100 million of them to do the job, plus all the heavy equipment to go with it.

Here they procrastinate over every little thing, in the Press this morning CERA had to get the ok from the Council for the go ahead to take up 160 hectares in Halswell, wtf, whatever happened to The Public Works Act.

It will be June next year before any start is made.

The Act should have come into force on the 5 September 2010.

I think Key like the thought of price gouging, the sections start at $175,000, how many Red Zoners' can afford that, let alone the house proper.

DeSade, lets hope it's not going to be like Hamilton in yesterday's Press !!!!.

Pacific Way was touted to be up there with the best views.
