| 6608 | 2000-10-06 00:56:00 | Confusing but true. After I have disconnected from the internet the DUN in Win98(2)will connect in again. Bytes will be sent and recieved. How can I trace where the information is going - no web pages open. How can I stop it? I have checked the MSconfig files and found nothing unusual. I havn't loaded any new software recently apart from partition magic4, which has been deleted, although there was a virus alert recently, with Nortons, for a file called 3gvjvceh. I couldn't find anything about that file on the net, and nortons disabled it. This is driving me nuts, and I am worried as to what is being transmitted and recieved when I'm not there. Any help would be gratefully recieved. Gary |
