| 6596 | 2000-10-05 05:54:00 | In reponse to Dave Guerin's letter in the October issue, I too was not happy with the advert in PC World's install of IE 5.5 (although IE itself is an improvement over 5.01). Not to worry, go to www.xteq.com/main.html and download the Xteq Systems X-Setup package. This tool is like Tweak UI on steroids, and has a Tweak to allow you to set any value or remove it altogether. Highly recommended, and like all the Xteq products, it is freeware. |
