There seems to be a problem after running SP1 on a computer upgraded to W2K from NT that was running Norton Antivirus. NAV was replaced by NAV2000 . While running SP1 you get an alert to virus in xmldso.cab. After installation NAV 2000 won't load - Norton Integrator - message - 'An unhandled exception error has occurred - not enough storage available'. The Symantec site lists several notes on the subject. The response seems to be either uninstall NAV 2000 or increase the IRPStack size to 11. Are either of these the best solution. |
