The other day I bought an additional 64MB SDRAM in order to upgrade my memory to 128MB. However When I got back home and put the memory in, I found out that I actually received a 128MB RAM rather than a 64MB RAM... :) (Saved over 180 dollars.) That's not the reason why I decided to write something here, however. I wanted to start using ramdrive.sys again (I used to use it way back in time when MSDOS was the dominant operating system) to make use of the additional bonus of RAM that I managed to get. But I soon realised that WindowsME does not use CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT anymore. Could someone please give me some guides as to how to set up a ramdrive in WindowsME... Thank you. |
