| 6746 | 2000-10-17 05:13:00 | My printer has a unit that carries a 3 colour ink combination and a black container...It also has a separate black container for pure black prints...The printer is telling me that the black container in the colour unit is out of ink, although it will print a black block...and it will not do a proper head alignment?I have replaced all 3 ink containers and cleaned all points with Isopropyl Alcohol to no avail...any suggestions Canon or anyone? | Guest (0) | ||
