I am running Windows 98 and want to download data from a digital camera via a USB port. Win98 does not recognise the USB connection when I plug the camera into the port, therefore I cannot install a driver to download data. The USB port has been used in the past for data from a scanner so I think the port is okay and a friend's system recognises the camera output when it is plugged into his computer so I think the camera is okay. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |
