| 6783 | 2000-10-21 04:56:00 | I have an HP670C printer I recently cleaned the printer cradles,etc and installed a new cartridge. When first activated the printer appears to work but spits out a blank page with only an odd ink smudge. I do a 'clean the cartridge' command and the test print page comes out pretty good. After this the first print page starts very faint and is almost right by the end. The second page is good and the third page is perfect. Sometimes I get an 'Incorrect Installation' message saying Try removing the colour cartridge and reinstalling it. Doing so makes no difference. Could the problem be the new cartridge or could I have stuffed something in my careful cleaning? |
