6768	2000-10-19 03:42:00	Today I bought my second ever CD single which had a video track on it. It requires QuickTime which I had installed. My question is that with both of these CD's there is a definite delay between the picture and the sound - the picture leads the sound considerably. What causes this? Is it hardware (I have a pentium 200 machine with 64 megs of RAM) or software (I run Windows 95). I am curious to know if anyone else has this problem or is it just the way it is.
